![]() ![]() I highly suggest the coffee shop across the bridge and The Rose for breakfast off the main road. Do not eat on the grounds, go pay a local business because they care about their value to you. Please don’t stay here, just pay to go to the springs. The actual staff who works there are wonderful but when it comes to value for price and management this place is a joke. This is not all of the issues we had just a couple of the major ones. Yesterday, I sat on hold for 20 minutes to be “disconnected”. I have attempted to call 13 times now and much to my dismay a manager will never come to the phone. It is absolutely appalling to think they charge the amount the do and they do not properly provide anything that feels like should call themselves a resort. The springs were very cool but honestly do not stay at this hotel or eat here. It all tasted disgusting and I spent $12 on it. Just plain bread with 4 (I’m not exaggerating 1/8” or thinner ) slices of avocado across the top. I got a piece of cheap bread that tasted like cardboard with 4 of the thinnest slices (slices not smashed) of avocado on top, there were no spices or anything. One example: After a lot of gross overpriced food I ordered a avocado toast ($12) because I don’t know how you could mess that up. I was absolutely disgusted by the way they overcharge for the cheapest food you have ever had. The food and drinks are worse than what you get in a Costco or Sams club food court. We were told they would do something nice for our anniversary but unsurprisingly they never did. The shower in our room never got above tepid so you didn’t even look forward to a shower after the springs. The air conditioner in our room made a terrible squeaking sound all night to the point we couldn’t sleep and the mini fridge made the sound of a drum to the point where we had to unplug it. The rooms are severely outdated, I felt as if I was staying in a roadside motel 6 and to be honest I have stayed in a nicer motel 6. Yes, they did send a text out to tell you how to park but the text that was sent out was vague to someone not used to the area and didn’t outline the massive construction zone happening all day long. Upon arrival there was massive amounts of construction (which was not divulged before we showed up) with little signage explaining where to park or how to get to check in. At just shy of 500 a night and calling themselves a resort I expected so much more. My husband and I decided to go here for our 10 year wedding anniversary and it was a huge disappointment. If you have to or want to experience the pools, you would be better off staying somewhere else and getting a day pass.īottom line, overpriced, overrated, misleading information about construction. So for now, I would strongly advise against staying here. Maintenance could change the ac panel and repair other electrical issues.Ĭonstruction/Expansion is not expected to be finished until 2025. Not a very comfortable, relaxing anniversary. Sulfur smells, noise and other concerns made us decide against this. Maintenance could not fix problems unti the following day, so they brought in two manual/oscillating and noisy fans for us to use, and where suggested to open our window. To make matters worse, the ac, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, all stopped working due to some electrical problem. Wind blows dirt and debris all over the property including the pools, so much for renew and relaxation. Very disappointing to encounter the large construction going on.Ĭonstruction noise makes it impossible to sleep in, noise starts shortly after 7am. Selected a Deluxe room with a relax and renew package that included massages, even paid extra for the champagne/chocolate. Our pools range in temperature from 70 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit, allowing you to choose the perfect level of heat to unwind and relax.I decided to surprise my wife with a one night two day stay for our anniversary 9/7 to.
